1. Information I Collect
   My primary goal in collecting personal information from you is to provide you with a smooth, efficient, & personalised experience while using my services. This allows me to provide services and features that most likely meet your needs, & to customise my service to make your experience easier and quicker.
2. Cookies

3. Google Adwords
   A Google cookie is used to enable me to monitor the effectiveness of my Adwords advertising by seeing the amount of traffic and conversions (e.g. enquiries and bookings) my advertising generates. 4. Social buttons.
   On many of the pages of the site you will see ‘social buttons’. These enable users to share or bookmark the web pages. There are buttons for: Twitter, YouTube, Facebook & Yell.com. In order to implement these buttons and connect them to the relevant social networks and external sites, there are scripts from domains outside of 321cheese.co.uk. You should be aware that these sites are likely to be collecting information about what you are doing all around the internet, including on 321cheese.co.uk website. If you click on any of these buttons, these sites will be registering that action and may use that information. In some cases these sites will be registering the fact that you are visiting 321cheese.co.uk & the specific pages you are on, even if you don’t click on the button if you are logged into their services, like Google and Facebook. 5. External web services
   I use a number of external web services on 321cheese.co.uk website, mostly to display content within my web pages. For example, to display videos I often use YouTube. As with the social buttons I cannot prevent these sites, or external domains, from collecting information on your usage of this embedded content. If you are not logged in to these external services then they will not know who you are but are likely to gather anonymous usage information e.g. number of views, plays, loads etc.

   Emails that I send you have no tracking in at all e.g. booking confirmations & contracts
7. Surveys & Contests
   From time to time our site may request information from users via surveys. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested will include contact information (as supplied to the site during registration) and supplementary information on your professional interests, opinions and preferences (e.g. choice of software, working practices, opinions on industry issues, feedback on 321 cheese.co.uk web site).
8. Blog Comments
   In order to leave a comment in my Blog you either have to give me at least your Name and Email address. You can choose whether to post as yourself, or anonymously. I require name and email address even for anonymous posts for quality control purposes.
9. My Use of Your Information
   I use personally identifiable information about you to improve marketing and promotional efforts, to improve my content & products & to customise my site’s content, layout, and services.

I use your email address to send you contracts or other communications that you have either requested or that may be of interest to you. We will only send you information if you have opted in to receive marketing content..

   Once posted, you cannot change or remove any public postings made in our blog or other message areas or the feedback area. You can at any time ask to see and have removed any information that I have stored on you, though we reserve the right to charge for this service. I will retain in our files information you have requested to remove, Furthermore , I will attempt to remove all personally identifiable information to the best of my ability from my  database and back-up systems in response to your requests to remove this data. In some circumstances where third parties have been involved, 321cheese.co.uk cannot be held accountable for retention of your data by other parties, if your consent has been given for the sharing of this data.

   Except as otherwise expressly discussed in this Privacy Policy, this document only addresses the use and disclosure of information I collect from you. To the extent that you disclose your information to other parties, whether they are other members of the Site or other sites throughout the Internet, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the personal information you disclose to them.

   321cheese.co.uk  we use best practices to safeguard the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information but I do not use encryption (such as SSL) or firewalls to further protect the information as it travels across the Internet.

This is because we do not believe that, the personal information we currently collect warrants such measures and the accompanying loss of speed experienced. You should be aware that “perfect security” does not exist on the Internet.

1. Changes to Privacy Policy
   If I am going to use your personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection, I will make any changes to this Privacy Policy and post them to my site. It is up to you whether you then continue to use the site and 321Cheese services following such changes. However, it is assumed that you accept such changes if you continue to use the site and services.
